This customization project showcases a full set of premium metal hardware developed for a high-gloss wooden casket. The client required a coordinated combination of corner pieces, decorative side panels, and a continuous handle bar system, all designed to match the rich burgundy wood finish. The hardware was produced using high-strength zinc alloy, selected for its durability, weight-bearing performance, and ability to maintain a flawless surface after plating. In this project, the customer sought a fully matched set of side handles and decorative panels designed for a luxury full-length burial casket. The hardware needed to complement the deep lacquered cherry-red finish while ensuring structural reliability during transport and ceremonial handling. To meet these requirements, we customized the handle tubes, connecting brackets, and decorative plates according to the coffin's structural measurements and load-bearing standards.
