This customization project showcases a full set of premium metal hardware developed for a high-gloss wooden casket. The client required a coordinated combination of corner pieces, decorative side panels, and a continuous handle bar system, all designed to match the rich burgundy wood finish. Our engineering team analyzed the coffin's dimensions, contour lines, and mounting structure to ensure every hardware component aligned seamlessly with the body.

The hardware was produced using high-strength zinc alloy, selected for its durability, weight-bearing performance, and ability to maintain a flawless surface after plating. A dual-tone finish-featuring polished gold and silver accents-was applied to highlight the decorative details and enhance the coffin's visual depth. Each element, from the lion-head corner to the embossed center plates, underwent precision polishing, electroplating, and final QC inspection to guarantee consistent surface quality.

In this project, the customer sought a fully matched set of side handles and decorative panels designed for a luxury full-length burial casket.
